As it happens,Yoga is associated with some health benefits. These include increasing strength, flexibility and balance. Studies have found that yoga is beneficial to people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches, and pains such as lower back pain and depression and stress. This is why people are encouraged to include yoga in their physical exercise because it has holistic benefits to them. It is not strenuous and provides people with myriad benefits which are essential to them. Furthermore, yoga prevents falls by strengthening knees, ankles and lower body. These are the parts of the body that provide the necessary strength that prevents falls.
